The annual Greeley Lights the Night Parade and Park Lighting Ceremony brought to you by The Greeley Chamber of Commerce/Visit Greeley and the Downtown Development Authority is Saturday, November 28th starting at 5:30pm. I am honored to announce the parade again this year.

The parade, sponsored by Norfolk Iron and Metal, travels north on 9th Avenue from 15th Street to 7th Street and features more than 50 great holiday floats, displays and musical entries.

Lighting Ceremony at Lincoln Park

Following the parade, enjoy the park lighting ceremony in Lincoln Park sponsored by PDC Energy which will include Santa, carols and other treats including hot chocolate, cake truffles, cookies, queso and quesadillas.

Sponsors

The Greeley Lights the Night Parade and Park Lighting Ceremony would not be possible without the support of multiple sponsors including the City of Greeley, Townsquare Media, Poudre Valley REA, Lincoln Park Emporium, Wireless Advanced Communications, Mariposa Plants & Flowers, Teletech, Smart Rides, Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, Greeley Vineyard, Platte Valley Youth Services Center, Batter Up Cakes and Qdoba Mexican Grill.

Entries Still Being Accepted for Parade

Businesses and organizations are still welcome to enter the parade or to be a sponsor. Contact Sara Schell, Visit Greeley Coordinator, for more information, 352-3567.

Holiday Open House

The parade and park lighting ceremony follow a day-long open house sponsored by the Greeley Downtown Alliance.  The open house merchants will offer refreshments, activities and the opportunity to win one of three gift baskets being given away. Merchant hours are 10am–5pm.
