Today is National Knock Knock Joke Day! I think we all began our comedic careers with these fun little gems. We got older and learned some naughty ones too but no matter what age you are, you have told knock knock jokes.
I guess Susan and I have just joined the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. We shared a pair yesterday. Susan came into the studio the other day holding up a pair of denim looking stretch pants and said they were one size fits all
I can honestly say I have never called in sick for work when I wasn't sick. We work at such an ungodly hour that there is really no one to call to fill in for you. We just come to work and hurl into a trash can or wait till your partner tells you to leave the studio and go home.
I am so proud of my daughter Vanessa. Tonight she graduates from IBMC at the Budweiser Events Center. I have dreamed of this day for years. You always want the best for your kids and hope they find their way and I am so happy to say my daughter has done just that.
One problem with country music these days is the disappearance of great female vocalists. There are some wonderful singers out there but it seems it is getting more and more difficult for them to get their shot at the big time.
I am a huge Dwight Yoakam fan and am very jacked that he will coming to Denver with Eric Church in January. This is going to be a killer show. We get one of the hottest of the new outlaws and one of the most unique and original artists in our lifetime.
Now and then a new album comes along that is so good you cannot quit listening to it. The new release from Little Big Town is that latest one that I just can't put down. Today, "Painkiller" the new one from LBT hits the stores.
I need help. I am addicted to diet soda and I have to stop. I am a big guy and diabetic so I drink sugar free soda. I am sure you too have been hearing about how dangerous the stuff in diet soda is. We are probably better off just drinking the real stuff but less of it.
