Over 50 Vehicles Involved in High Country Pileups [VIDEO]
Monday was not a good day to be driving in the mountains. Numerous pileups in the high country caused problems for people heading home from the ski areas.
The adverse conditions temporarily closed westbound I-70 at Silverthorne and eastbound I-70 at Vail Pass. Westbound I-70 also was also closed briefly at Floyd Hill because of accidents.
