They say it’s the little things and it’s so true. Someone is leaving “Thank You” notes on the firetrucks working the High Park Fire this morning.

The fire has burned over 46,000 acres, and today, officials are saying the crews are more optimistic on making progress on building a fire line. The High Park Fire has been burning since Saturday and is estimated to be 10+% contained as of Wednesday morning.

According to the Larimer County Sherriff’s Office, the Colorado-Wyoming National Guard is providing 50 military police to work the roadblocks under the direction of the Sheriff’s office.
