The Greeley Tribune is reporting the flooded Platte River is slowly receding this morning, but water remains high in Evans, Kersey and Milliken where many are still evacuated. Given the amount of water over the banks, it's going to take time to see any clearing. The National Weather Service has again issued a flash flood watch for northern Colorado, an addition 1 to 2 inches of rain could fall today.

Nearby cities Evans and LaSalle are getting help with waste disposal issues.
