Old Town Fort Collins Arrest [VIDEO]

Fort Collins Police are investigating an arrest that was captured on video in Old Town Fort Collins. There was an exchange of words between and officer and a man. There was some pushing and shoving. There was an arrest, and we have the video courtesy of YouTube
The Fort Collins Police department has responded to the video in a press release:
The video, which was uploaded on Sunday, March 25th, shows a citizen contact and subsequent arrest in Old Town Square around 2am that morning. The incident stemmed from a reported criminal mischief to a bicycle taxi.
At this time, the police department is looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident – to include the actions of the officers, arrestee and bystanders before, during and after the events depicted in the video.
