In Colorado we cheer for the Denver Broncos no matter what, but it makes it a little easier to cheer for them when they have a player who is from your backyard! Defensive lineman, Mitch Unrein is from Eaton, Colorado, but there was a slight chance our Northern Colorado Bronco may not be with the team after last season. But today brought good news... Unrein is still a Bronco!

Today Unrein signed his one year, $1.4 million restricted free agent tender in time to start the teams off-season workouts. The only bad news is that means that Unrein will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, and will have the ability to leave the team if he chooses to do so.

Cornerback Tony Carter, strong safety Duke Ihenacho and linebacker Brandon Marshall also signed exclusive rights tenders.
