Ever driven west of Fort Collins to Horsetooth, seen the sign that reads 'STOUT: POP 47 1/2' and wondered, 'What is the deal with that?' You may or may not know the story of the ghost town of Stout, which is underneath Horsetooth Reservoir (along with my missing bikini top and some other things), but here is what you probably don't know, according to a former Stout resident, on this week's episode of Northern Colorado Offensive History: The Town of Stout.
