North Colorado Medical Center Named Among Top-100 Hospitals in America
HealthGrades, a nationally recognized, independent source for researching and selecting physicians and hospitals, has released it’s annual list of America’s Top-100 Hospitals, and North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley has been included on the list, placing it among the top 5% of hospitals in the country.
Only one other Colorado hospital made the 2012 Top-100 list (Penrose St. Francis Health Services, Pueblo/Colorado Springs). To qualify, the Top-100 hospitals had to be ranked in the top 5% in the nation for clinical quality for at least the last four years.
“As our nation seeks to elevate the quality of care at all hospitals, these elite facilities provide a roadmap for success,” said Dr. Arshad Rahim, HealthGrades Director of Accelerated Clinical Excellence. “Consumers increasingly are demanding greater transparency and quality when selecting health care providers. These hospitals are delivering. We commend them for their dedication to excellence in patient care.”
