If you are driving past Fort Collins at night over the next month, expect some delays.  Beginning tonight  (Wednesday, May 2nd), the Colorado Department of Transportation will resume concrete replacement on I-25 from  Harmony Road  Mountain Vista. Work had been on hold for the winter and thanks to warmer temperatures, crews can now move forward to finish removing and replacing the damaged and broken concrete on the interstate.

Night work will take place from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays until June 2012, when the project is expected to finish. Motorists should expect delays on both northbound and southbound I-25 as traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, and speeds will be reduced to 45 MPH through the work zone. Alternate routes are advised.
