17-year-old Rachel Farley made a visit to K99 as part of our New From Nashville series on January 24th, 2013. She performed her new single “Ain’t Easy” and knocked us out with a bunch of other songs too.Rachel writes her own songs and they are amazing, but our Operations Manager George King asked her pick a song that she hadn’t written or recorded to sing for us. She picked a song written by her buddy Brantley Gilbert, “Dirt Road Anthem”. Jason Aldean does an amazing version, but Rachel definitely made it her own when she did it for us:
