New Development in Fort Collins to House Brewpub and Hotel
What is now an empty space at the corner of Lady Moon Drive and Harmony Road in southeast Fort Collins will soon be home to a massive business complex.According to the Coloradoan, Brinkman Partners has plans on building a new complex called "Harmony Commons" which will be home to a 100 room hotel, brewpub, restaurants, and a fitness center.
No official agreements have been finalized with prospective tenants.
The complex will be built on 9.2 acres of land, with Brinkman closing on the purchase of the land in May, tentatively.
Brinkman told the Coloradoan that the plans for development and finishing the project have the first two buildings being built starting this Summer with completion occurring in March 2017.
The hotel should break ground by the end of the year, and the final two retail buildings under construction by the Fall of 2017.
The project will cost in the vicinity of $40 - $50 million.
