The babies just keep coming at Denver Zoo! There have been baby penguins, a Mongolian horse colt, a baby Gerenuk, and most recently an endangered snow leopard cub named Misha. This week, Denver Zoo welcomed an endangered, female Grevy’s (Greh-veez) zebra. The foal doesn't have a name yet.

This is the third foal for Topaz and she is still proving to be an excellent mother. Topaz and the foal’s father, Punda, were paired under recommendation of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Species Survival Plan. Fortunately, the couple has proved to be an excellent match.
