Need an Attitude Adjustment? Release Your Inner ‘Tickle Monster’

There is absolutely nothing like the sound of children screaming in laughter. Holding down your child or grandchild and tickling or wrestling them until they almost pee in giggles is joy in it's purest form. Nothing on this earth makes me happier than the sound of happy children...football and bacon are close behind.

We need to spend more time on the floor making our children laugh, which, in turn, fills you with the same joy. Children have the medicine we need to heal us and their laughter is the booster shot the world needs.

Make some time in your day to make sure you kids know the 'Tickle Monster' exists and could strike at any time. My grandsons are very aware of this creature and the terror he can create. When is the last time you let your 'Tickle Monster' out?
