The Dallas Zoo has welcomed a 6-foot-tall baby giraffe, born Sunday to first-time mother Chrystal. The male calf weighs about 120 pounds and appears to be healthy.

The Dallas Zoo sold the naming rights for their new baby giraffe for $50,000. The money will be used for giraffe conservation efforts in African countries where the animals roam.

The zoo hasn't announced who bought the naming rights, but has said it was an individual and wasn't a corporation.
