Over the Thanksgiving weekend, we ate, shopped and had a good time with family!  I took a few photos of what I did and what I ate! Check them out!

Obligatory turkey photo ahead... I decided to try out a spatchcocked turkey this year. You cut the backbone and the wishbone out, flatten the breast and cook on a wire rack. From start to finish, it took less than an hour and 45 minutes to cook! Came out great too!

This is what the table looked like before everyone dug into the food. My brother in-law and I did all the work.

While we were waiting for the turkey to cook, I stepped outside to enjoy the snow. A single snowflake fell onto my jeans and I could make out the definition in it and decided to snap a pic.

The next day, the dogs went bonkers over the fresh powder! Here is my male with his prized tennis ball.

My female likes to stick her nose deep into the snow and try to find something that wasn't there 2 hours before we let them out.

As for what I bought over the weekend, it wasn't much but some beer. You can check that blog out about my adventure black Friday beer shopping HERE!
