My Name Is Brian And I Am A Cerealaholic – Brian’s Blog

One of my favorite foods is cereal. I could eat cereal for 2 of the 3 meals a day. I know lots of my friends are the same way. Cereal is one of the greatest late night munchies too but I just read a report saying that cereal sales are down. Come on America what is up with that?

My cereal habits are strange though. I like my cereal soggy. I like to put just enough milk to cover the product and then try to ration so that my last bite of cereal contains the last drops of milk. I never tip the bowl and drink the milk at the bottom. I find that disgusting. The milk leftovers, if there are any, are for the dogs. I never put sugar on mine either. When I was a kid, it was a different story. I would pour a bowl of Cherrios and try to sink them with sugar and then when you got to the bottom of the bowl it was nothing but a milky glucose paste. that you could use as an adhesive.

My favorite cereals are Special K, Wheaties, Wheat Chex and my all time favorite Peanut Butter Crunch. Peanut Butter Crunch has been known to rip open the roof of mouth with if it’s too crunchy but is such sweet pain having those flesh stalactites hanging from the roof of your mouth. Time for you to sound off. What is your favorite cereal? Enjoy and bowl and tell me about it.
