My Grandsons’ Super Fun Day at the Greeley Stampede [PICTURES]

The Greeley Stampede has something for everyone of all ages. It is like an adult Disneyland with all the cold, tasty adult beverages, food and concerts but is always chock full of fun for the kiddos too. My kids always loved going to the Stampede and now my grandchildren are finding the same joy. Sunday was the big day for the boys as my wife and daughter took them out Stampeding.

I waited at home and felt the rush of excitement as the boys came running in to show me all the stuff they had won at the carnival. They were so proud and just floating on air. They won stuffed snakes, robots, swords and of course, the carnival fish. The smiles they came home with were priceless.

They told me all about the cool animals they saw from all around the world. The tigers and kangaroos and wallabies and they always love the sheep and farm animals too. They also did the classic old west photo, which you see at the top of the page.

The big deal though seemed to be the fish. They couldn't wait to set up the tank for their new friends Flames, Banana and Rocky. They filled the tank and now proudly have three new roommates.
