The economy has been tough on everyone, including the Mountain States Young Guns and Wild West Rodeo.

My son Cade started riding steers last year on his way to a career in the PBR and we attended the latest meeting at Island Grove this week to some disturbing news:  No more bull riding at the Sundance and now the Mountain States Young Guns are in fear of loosing the facility at Island Grove due to lack of support as well.  I can't tell you how sad I was to hear the news that it might be "no more" unless we can raise support,  awareness and funds for a great outlet to our youth.

These young men {and some women} are some of the most talented rough stock riders I have ever seen.  You can see how passionate they are in what they do and live for this sport; it would be a crime to take that away from them.  These kids deserve our support and especially if your a fan of rodeo.  It's great family entertainment and very affordable to see the rising stars of the PBR.

Maybe YOUR kid has always wanted to try and ride a calf, or steer or so some mutton bustin!  Well, here's your chance and I though I can't speak for everyone I am positive that we can find some gear for your boy to borrow to ride a beast; I personally will loan out our gear so they can try it.

Mutton Busting, Calf Riding, Steer Riding, Junior Bull Riding and Senior Bull Riding!  It does NOT get much better than this friends.  We need your support now more than ever!

If your interested in helping with a fundraiser or perhaps becoming a new sponsor please contact Kevin Rich at 406-992-2855 or the Mountain States Young Guns directly.  You are more than welcome to contact or email me directly to get you in touch with the right people.
