Mount Evans Highway Has Opened for the Season [VIDEO]

Looking for a scenic drive through the Colorado mountains this Memorial Day Weekend? How about a drive to Mount Evans? The Mount Evans Highway is officially open and I found video of a ride along the highest, paved highway.

CDOT says the road is in good condition except for some frost damage near Summit Lake. Mount Evans Highway is America’s highest paved highway.
