Mollie, Kelsey and Matt Sparx Try Rocky Mountain Oysters for the First Time

It was a nice sunny day in Northern Colorado and we were all looking for something unique for lunch... So where did we end up you ask? We all piled into the car and headed over to Bruce’s Bar in Severance to try their world famous “Rocky Mountain Oysters” for the very first time. If you don’t know what Rocky Mountain Oysters are, I’ll tell ya… They are bull testicles, sliced up and deep fried to a crispy, yet tender golden brown.
Our choice on the menu included beef and buffalo, a side of fries for each and cocktail sauce.
Here is our reaction to eating Rocky Mountain Oysters for the very first time

I can’t speak for Mollie or Kelsey, but I enjoyed them and would gladly have Rocky Mountain Oysters again. However, I am not really a fan of cocktail sauce, so I would opt for another condiment such as BBQ sauce or ranch. Don’t be scared to try them, they are quite tasty!
