Garth Brooks announces first NYC show in twenty years, Miranda Lambert gets even with long-standing nemesis, Brad Paisley announces more collaborations, and Tyler Hubbard pays homage to his black eye, here's your Nashville Minute.

Garth Brooks has announced that he will be playing his first show in New York City in nearly twenty years. It'll be at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, July 9th.

A pesky beach ball found its way onto the stage during Miranda Lambert's show in Indy on Saturday. Here's the thing. Miranda has a mostly hate relationship with beach balls so she decided to take matters into her hands to make sure it wouldn't bother her again. The beach ball is Miranda's nemesis, no word on why she hates them so much but this is not the first time she has destroyed one on stage. Lambert was about to launch into her song "The House That Built Me," she snagged the beach ball from the stage and brought it over to the microphone. "First of all, it feels like it's January, so we don't need this today," Lambert said with the beach ball at her side. "Secondly, my best friend Ashley Monroe gave me this necklace that I was hoping I could use tonight because it's a pistol but it's also a pocket knife. So, I'm sorry, very sorry for whoever's ball this is, but it's gonna die now." Miranda then stabbed the beach ball with the necklace and tossed it to the side of the stage so she could get back to the song.

Brad Paisley keeps the collaborations rolling following the release of his single "Without a Fight," with Demi Lovato. The single will be on his forthcoming studio album, but that isn't Brad's only collaboration, Mick Jagger, John Fogerty, and Timbaland will also add their flavor to the record.

Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard posted a video on Instagram yesterday that shows him singing to his wife Hayley about the black eye he got over the weekend on the motocross track.
