Our home is bursting at the seams lately. I have a small house that is packed with me, my wife, my daughter, my two grandchildren, several fish, two dogs and now...2 ducks.

The night before my daughter went into labor she was going through the nesting phase. She was determined to get ducks. I was not about to argue with a pregnant woman so we got the ducks. The next day she had her baby boy. Now we have 3 babies at the house. The 2 feathered ones are named Spicy and Ducky. Guess which one my 3 year old grandson named.

Over the weekend my daughter and my wife built them a home. We have fallen in love with these little guys. They are quite cute and I love the sound of the quacking in my backyard. The dogs on the other side of the fence are not really happy about them but we love them. My zoo continues to grow. I don't live on a farm but I want my grand kids to be surrounded by all kinds of critters. Welcome to the family ducks.
