Maybe They Were Just Christmas Lights?
December 17, 2010 5:20 PM It was today in 1969 that the government officialy closed down “Project Blue Book” –I would have loved to have been on that team tracking down reported sightings- of perhaps… Santa?
Project Blue Book was operated by the USAF from 1947 until December 17, 1969 out of Wright-Patterson Field in Ohio. In those years, the project investigated over 12,000 sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects! More amazing, I think, is that just over 700 remained “Unidentified” when the operation shut down! I remember the TV show that ran for only one season in 1978- “Project UFO”-great fun for an 11 year-old! What do you think- can they ALL be explained away as “clouds” or whatever? Or have we been “Visited”?
