Maybe They Were Just Christmas Lights?

It was today in 1969 that the government officialy closed down “Project Blue Book”  –I would have loved to have been on that team tracking down reported sightings- of perhaps… Santa?

Project Blue Book was operated by the USAF from 1947 until December 17, 1969 out of Wright-Patterson Field in Ohio. In those years, the project investigated over 12,000 sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects!  More amazing, I think, is that just over 700 remained “Unidentified” when the operation shut down!  I remember the TV show that ran for only one season in 1978- “Project UFO”-great fun for an 11 year-old!  What do you think- can they ALL be explained away as “clouds” or whatever? Or have we been “Visited”?
