Marine Goes Crazy With Road Rage [VIDEO]

This video is blowing up on the internet right now and with good cause. It's intense and a bit terrifying. It is of a Marine going crazy on a couple in a car that he caused to rear end him.

Apparently what happened was the man that is yelling was constantly break checking the couple behind him until the accident happened where the truck rear ended his car. He became irate about the accident and proceeded to threaten the couple in the truck and screamed at them for rear ending him.

The angry man is apparently a Marine from Camp Pendleton and the person recording the video is a female marine paralyzed from the waist down and the man in the car is her brother.

The screaming Marine is a purple heart recipient suffering from PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and some say that is why he is over acted.  Do you think that justifys his actions in this video? Should he get special treatment because of that or should he be treated like everyone else?
