I am really not sure how I feel about this. Just like the news anchors said, I am having a hard time wrapping my head around this.

Ray Ortiz from Broomfield was saved from his car last September when the floods ravaged Colorado. His dramatic rescue was broadcast on tv showing rescue workers working hard to get him out of his flipped car. Now he is suing those same people that saved his life.

He claims that his cries for help were ignored and that it took too long for rescue workers to find him. He filed for the sum of $500,000 in damages.

What do you think about this? Does he have a case?
