Man Jumps 2400 Feet Without Parachute…On Purpose! [VIDEO]

Stuntman or not...this is just plain nuts!  Gary Connery, a 42-year-old daredevil, plunged from a helicopter in a death-defying jump before landing in an area containing 18,600 cardboard boxes.

I don't care who you are...to wake up and say, "Hey, I'm gonna jump 2400 feet out of a helicopter and land in some boxes without a chute" is just nuts...plain nuts!  Sure the wing suit will help but you still have to HIT the boxes so you don't DIE!

This is the first time in history that this has been successfully done and a reporter was heard saying,

there's little doubt that without proper planning, the jump likely would have been fatal.

Gee, ya think?
