Emergency crews were called to a Fort Collins home on Sunday (October 4), after a driver of a white Ford Explorer crashed into a home. According to the Coloradoan and Fort Collins Police Services, it's being reported that the elderly man driving the vehicle blacked out while behind the wheel, veering his SUV into a residence. The driver was not treated for any injuries, other than for what caused him to black out.

As for the residence of the home, they were present at the time of the incident, however they were on the other side of the house, and didn't even realize what had happened. There was a hole caused by the accident, and a structural engineer was called to the scene of the ancient at the corner of Corbett Drive and Harvest Park Lane. the residents of  the house were advised to find another place to stay for the night.
