The officers learned a four year-old boy had been brought to the hospital by his mother with severe burns. The hospital staff thought there were inconsistencies with the injuries and the reports of how they occurred. Detectives were called to assist with the investigation.
The investigation led to the arrest of the mother’s boyfriend, 39-year-old Paul Eugene Aragon, who was watching the boy while she was at work. Aragon was taked to the Larimer County Jail where he is being held for: 18-6-401 (7)(a)(III) – Child Abuse
