Loveland Man Accused of Killing and Eating A Bear
Don’t tell me it tastes like chicken! A Loveland man is accused of illegally killing and eating a bear. Dude ate a bear…or at least that is what they say he did. But don’t worry. I don’t think there will be any Kentucky Fried Bear franchises popping up very soon.
28-year-old Paul Detwiler is also accused of poaching at least two mule deer and six pronghorns, and using banned traps to catch and kill raccoons, skunks and other wildlife.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan: Detwiler appeared briefly in court Tuesday morning to be advised of the possible charges against him. He is currently free on bond.
