Losing Weight: What Works Best? [POLL]
It's a big question and I don't know that there is a real answer. Losing weight for me in the past has been one or the other, but the one thing that was common was my desire to act on a plan and follow through, how about you, what works best?
I'm interested to see if you have a best plan or if you are even thinking about the big D word this time of year.
