Looking for Love? Here are 5 Fort Collins Craigslist Missed Connections This Week

I'm back with the latest local Craigslist "Missed Connections" to see if we can connect two people in Northern Colorado who feel romance in the air with each other, but just don't know it yet.

Some missed connections happen in the supermarket.

Some may happen in the library.

Or even at a vending machine.

Think about it. In 2015, is there really a better way to tell someone how much you care about them than using a Craigslist "Missed Encounter" ad? There really isn't. Is there?

1.) NORTH COLLEGE KING SOOPERS - w4m - 25

Our first missed encounter for this week reads like this...

"I doubt you will ever see this but I had to throw it out there. You seemed to be with someone but you also seemed to look my way a few times. You're very handsome and I'd love to get to know you better if you become single. You were a country boy wearing a plaid shirt in king soopers today. I believe you drive a flat bed truck. If you think I'm talking about you, tell me what I looked like."

(So he drives a flat bed truck and looked like a country boy. This narrows it down to about 20,000 guys in the Fort Collins metro area)

2.) KING SOOPERS W 10TH SATURDAY AFTERNOON - m4w - 43 (GREELEY)

"Saw you at the KS on west 10th in greeley Sat afternoon. You were wearing summer dress with sandals. You have a killer smile and smokin body!! I'm not shy, but I couldn't see if you had a ring on your finger. I'd really love to talk to you, maybe dinner? Drinks? Please respond with your hair style/color and what you were buying in the grocery isle when I briefly spoke to you!!"

(Looks like King Soopers is the missed connection haven this week. Maybe it will be Safeway's turn next week?)

3.) OIL FIELD GUY ON THE PATIO - w4m - 21 (FOCO)

"I was your server on the patio at BJ's you were with your wife and actually screamed at me for how much the drinks were, it kind of turned me on, you left me a big tip thinking maybe you felt the same respond please! "

(Well first off...he was married. So maybe you should just move on. But maybe he left you a tip because you were a good server and did your job? Just sayin')

4.) THOMAS AT SAFEWAY - w4m

"I don't know what it is but I like you. We've never really spoke, you talked to my daughter, tried to get her to smile. I just think you're really cute."

(Well...looks like I spoke too soon. Safeway didn't have to wait until next week to be on the missed encounter list. Sprouts? Anyone? Albertsons?)

5.) DRIVE THROUGH STARBUCKS ON 34 AND TAFT IN LOVELAND - m4w

"You were working the drive through when I pulled up with my brother in a green Dodge Durango we ordered a venti extra hot latte and a venti iced caramel macchiato for me I was in the passenger seat it was bout 1:15 or 1:30 pm we locked eyes a couple times and smiled or so I thought. the name on your apron I believe was Rachel you are absolutely beautiful with an amazing smile well I hope you read this I just had to try hope to hear back from you if you remember or you need to know more have a good weekend"

(I wonder if he tried the new Cotton Candy Frappucino yet?)
