The Budweiser Events Center and the Ranch Events Complex are looking for future employees for the upcoming season, and will be holding a job fair on Wednesday, September 16th from 3p - 6p.

All jobs are for either part-time, seasonal or event- based hours. There will be over 30 positions that will be open throughout both venues including:

Budweiser Events Center Parking Staff: The parking staff is responsible to staff posts that may vary from event to event. These posts include cone setter/striker, ticket seller, directional staff, Gate A Cut-Off, Gate E Cut-Off, ADA Lot, Gated Lot and Premium Lot.

Budweiser Events Center Security Staff: The security staff is responsible for filling multiple staffing posts that may vary from event to event. These posts include searcher, wristband checker, door guard, usher, floor roamer, kill seats, dressing room hallway access, concourse roamer, stage and barricade security, and smoking gate.

Budweiser Events Center Housekeeping Staff: The housekeeping staff performs cleaning and custodial duties, keeps the facility presentable and sanitary, operates and maintains all cleaning devices.

Budweiser Events Center Operations/ Changeover Staff: The operations/ changeover staff is responsible for conducting scheduled preventative maintenance checks on equipment, assembly and break down of function rooms, light cleaning and custodial duties assigned as necessary. Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently and work evenings, nights and weekends.

Catering Servers: Catering servers are responsible for serving meals and beverages to guests at The Ranch Events Complex and the Budweiser Events Center, setting up and breaking down banquet sets, assisting in setting up banquet functions including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Suites Clerks: Suites clerks are responsible for administrative duties and relaying orders to the kitchen via POS System, processing suite server orders, and ensuring all suite event paperwork is organized, accurate, and reported properly. Must be personable and able to work in an ever -changing fast-paced environment.

Restaurant Servers: Restaurant servers are responsible for serving meals, beverages, and alcoholic drinks in the Budweiser Events Center restaurant, recording a guest's order and inputting into a POS system, and recommending certain dishes, identifying ingredients or explaining various items on the menu to the guest. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Restaurant Supervisor: Restaurant supervisors are responsible for overseeing and assisting all restaurant servers and bartenders, ensuring all restaurant event paperwork is organized, accurate, and reported properly, and having full knowledge of the suites menu and sharing that knowledge with the guests in the suites. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Restaurant Cooks: Restaurant cooks are responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner, operate standard kitchen equipment, and work in a fast- paced environment that is on an event to event basis. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Suite Cooks: Suite cooks are responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner, operating standard kitchen equipment, and working in a fast- paced environment that is on an event to event basis. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Catering Cooks: Catering cooks are responsible for preparing high quality and fresh food products that are on the catering menu for each event, operating standard kitchen equipment, and working in a fast paced environment that is on an event to event basis. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Concessions Employees: Concessions Employees are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for food and beverage products, preparing foods utilizing the company recipes and portioning, accepting payment from guests, and cleaning up and breaking down the concessions area at the end of the event. Must maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment.

Warehouse Runners: Warehouse runners are responsible for setting up and stocking all concession stands, bars, and portable locations. Must ensure the cleanliness of all stands and portables and perform preventative maintenance on concessions equipment as requested. Must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast- paced environment as well as being able to work various hours and various events.
