We are all looking for ways to help in the healing process for the folks in Connecticut and a little snowflake may just be the way. The children of Sandy Hook Elementary will be going back to school after the soon after the holidays and the National Parent Teacher Association have started a really cool project.

The vision is that the students and teachers will be greeted with a winter wonderland of snowflakes sent from students and teachers from classrooms across the nation. We encourage local teachers to make this a class activity and represent Colorado. They are asking schools to make unique snowflakes and send them in. The deadline is January 12th so get busy planning now.

The snowflakes can be sent to:

Connecticut PTSA
60 Connolly Parkway
Building 12, Suite 103 Hamden, CT 06514
