Load Yourself a Bowl for National Cereal Day - What Kind is Your Favorite?

For most of my life, from childhood to adult, if you told me I could only have one food for the rest of my days, I would pick cereal. I have always loved a bowl of cereal. It is the perfect food. It works as a snack, a meal or a late night munchie. There are even cereal fan clubs and groups for people who cannot get enough and we are even seeing more and more cereal themed eateries around the country. We love our cereal.

Today is National Cereal Day so it time to think about what your favorites are. My all time favorite is a bowl of Wheat Chex that has sat in the milk just long enough for those wheaty squares to be saturated in milky goodness. I also find a bowl of Fruity Pepples hard to resist and have also been known to tear the flesh off the top of the inside of my mouth on Peanut Butter Crunch as well.
