I for one, hate being scared. It's not anything I want in my life. I know several of you feel differently, and for you, this event sounds awesome. Please note the age recommendations.

According to the website "at the base of Devil’s Backbone, you will find Savage Woods, home of the most vile, hideous creatures our world has ever seen. This once sacred land, now cursed with creatures so haunting they could never be contained indoors. These Woods are so horrid that our own minions (staff) won’t enter.  It’s a terrifying, unguided exploration deep in to the Woods to experience the immoral degenerates, native only to the Savage Woods."

Take the walk October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29. Gates open at 6 p.m. Tours start at 7 p.m. This is for adult and children 11 and over. Admission is $20 per person$2 off if you “liked" them on Facebook. It's really important to note just how scary the Creepy Walk in the Woods is… they do not recommend this for Children under 11. They do have Kid's Days October 29th and 30th from noon to 4 p.m. with fairy tale characters such as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf. Kid's Days are $5, 2 & under are free.

The Savage Woods are at 1750 Savage Road, just 2 miles west of Loveland on Highway 34 or the 2nd right-hand turnoff of Glade Road.
