Yep, that's says what you think it does, let's spread love like mayonnaise. Together, we can change the face of hate.

The way we raise our children matters. Our children are a reflection of us and its time to teach love and patience. We also need to remind ourselves to treat others with love too.

We sit around and blame the world for the hate and the unjust while doing little to make any changes in ourselves.  Maybe we can't change the way its been since the beginning of time, but we can change who we are and how we respond to others in our own lives. I too am guilty of chewing on the negative verses the good more than I'd like to admit. And I know that you already know this, guess I just wanted to say it out loud.

Both of my daughters have given so much more than I have ever dreamed of doing. Ashley in her short time here on earth reached out a loving hand to most people. She saw the lonely child in the hallways and invited them to sit with her at lunch, she started a club in high school to help abused kids and she participated in a program at Rocky High School that paired mainstream students with special needs students. Ashley felt that all kids should feel special and included. Natasha now has a job helping adults with special needs do ordinary everyday life events, like doing laundry, shopping and bowling. All this while she pursues her Masters degree in Social Work, where she wants to help people that have not been raised in a healthy environment. Natasha wants people to know that they matter and are important.

I have learned so much from my girls and you matter to me. Thank you for always being there and for listening and reading this blog.

I hope that you were able to take a minute or so to watch the video. So many spent so much time watching the Ray Rice video of him hitting his wife, thought a bit of fresh air was needed.
