Larimer Humane Society Waiving Adoption Fees July 23

Thousands of pets across the country are looking for their "fur-ever" home, and Larimer Humane Society hopes to help many of them find that happiness with a special adoption event later this month.

According to the Coloradoan, the Fort Collins shelter will waive adoption fees on July 23 in conjunction with the Clear the Shelters adoption event happening nationwide.

Last year, Clear the Shelters helped 20,000 pets across the country find a loving home. This is the first year Larimer Humane Society is participating.

The shelter, located at 6317 Kyle Avenue, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the event on July 23, and all fees - ranging from $5 to a couple hundred - will be waived that day.
