Larimer County Dive Rescue Team Wants You – If You Could Do What These Guys Are Doing

I could never do this, but maybe you are made of stronger stuff.  The Larimer County Dive Rescue Team is looking for qualified, professional, highly motivated people who are eager to serve the community in the challenges of the aquatic environment.

The Dive Rescue Team is looking for individuals with any of the following experience: water rescue, dive rescue, commercial divers, military divers, recreational SCUBA, EMT, Paramedic, law enforcement, or simply people with a big heart for helping people in their time of need.

The Larimer County Dive Rescue Team Academy Training Weekend

When:

• Saturday, February 8, 2014, 7am – 6pm (Academy intro, swimming, boat handling, rope handling, knots, dive operations)
• Sunday, February 9, 2014, 7am – 7pm (Dive rescue training, scuba training, diving obstacle course, business operations)
• Monday, February 10, 2014, 6:30pm – 8:30pm (Dive tables review, team leader roles & responsibilities, awards)
