The K99 Team "The Radio-ologists" participated in the Look Both Ways 21st Century Trivia Bowl over the weekend and we got smoked.

We felt pretty good after we won our 1st two matches, but then we ran into last year's champions and were soundly defeated because we didn't know simple facts like how much a tennis ball weighs. (By the way, it's between 2 and 2 1/16 ounces!) We were quickly beaten by a 2nd team and eliminated from the tournament.

Oh well, we had a blast and it is for such a good cause.

Look Both Ways teaches students to ‘look both ways’ at abstinence and at sexual activity. By focusing on science-based information about our bodies and the risks and responsibilities that come with being sexually active, Look Both Ways empowers students of every culture, religion, sexual orientation, and gender to make educated choices about their reproductive health.
