K99 Nominated for the Acadamy of Country Music Awards Station of the Year!
First of all, a big thank you to YOU for choosing K99 when you turn the radio on! Next, a big congrats to all who are involved here at K99. From the management, to the promotions and events team, sales staff, the folks involved with the commercials, and everyone on the air. It’s truly a team effort, and now K99 has been chosen as one of four finalists for the Acadamy of Country Music Awards Station of the Year; Small Market because of all of these things!
The station has been nominated on a few occasions, but we have never won the award, and the same goes for the same category at the CMA Awards. The Good Morning Guys have won the CMA for Personalities of the Year, but it would be very special to bring this award home to Northern Colorado.
Country Music’s Party of the Year®, the 47th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, honoring country music’s best and introducing the industry’s hottest emerging talent, will be broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 1st on the CBS. The show will be hosted for the second consecutive year by Reba and Blake Shelton.
