Kenny Chesney has new music coming out this week, Justin Timberlake finds himself in the songwriting room with Little Big Town, and Dolly Parton just made Katy Perry's dreams come true.  Here's the Nashville Minute for Tuesday, March 22nd.

Kenny Chesney is releasing his first new music since "The Big Revival" album dropped in 2014. Kenny will release "Noise" on Thursday. He says the single "sums up both the state of the world and the reality of what it costs us," adding "everywhere it's just so loud, so much, so many different things – all pushing buttons, being sensational, shouting for attention. You can't escape it, and you can't turn it down."

A big question is coming out of Nashville asking, "Is Justin Timberlake going country?" People magazine says that JT is writing new music with Little Big Town. He Instagrammed pictures of himself with the band and wrote: "NBD... Just writing with @littlebigtown This band is the truth!! So good!!!!"

Dolly Parton and
Katy Perry are going to perform at next month's ACM Awards. Dolly told Rolling Stone "She got a big idea, 'Why don't we sing 'Jolene' together?' Because she loves that song and since it's going to be one of the [TV] movies I go, 'Yeah, why not?' So I'm going to try to combine 'Coat of Many Colors' and 'Jolene.'"
