Judge Orders Man To Marry His Girlfriend

Marry your boyfriend/girlfriend or go to jail: which would you choose? That's a decision one Texas man had to face in court after an altercation that landed him there.

Josten Bundy, 20, was ordered to marry his girlfriend, Elizabeth Jaynes, within 30 days after Bundy fought Jaynes' ex-boyfriend. Though the ex-boyfriend wasn't seriously injured, he pressed assault charges.

"Is she worth it?" Judge Randall Rogers asked Bundy, who was then given the option to marry Jaynes - along with probation - or face 15 days in jail. Afraid to lose his job, Bundy chose marriage.
