Journey 4 Justice Entry Still A Go For Veterans Day Parade In Loveland Sunday [POLL]

Journey 4 Justice will still be in the Loveland Veterans Day Parade even if we have to ski. Nothing else matters to us tomorrow more than paying respect to the hundreds of thousands who have served and died for our country; snow or not. Lets all not forget many of our former soldiers died in worse conditions.
(Journey 4 Justice entry will be a ‘walking’ entry. Leave the bikes at home and play it safe.)
To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations…President Woodrow Wilson, 1919.
The weather is obviously not going to be considered “tropical” by any stretch of the imagination but then again, there have been many battles fought in less than desirable weather, much like the weather we have this weekend; only worse.
Tomorrow we won’t have bullets whizzing over our head so please keep that in mind and come support your veterans who have fought for the rights we have today. Your dirty house can wait, your football game can be recorded and laundry will still be there.
Personally, I couldn’t think of a better day to honor our Veterans than a cold, snowy, wet miserable day. Our Veterans got through it; so will we.
If you believe in our flag, this great country and all the Military Veterans who have served and/or died protecting our freedom then we hope to see you tomorrow either walking with us, your own entry, or just cheering from the sides.
We are being asked to stage just south of 3rd street on Railroad Ave. I would advise everyone come in on 1st st. and then turn North on Railroad. Staging begins at 10:00 AM and the parade starts at 11:11 AM.
I also wanted to make sure everyone knows that you are invited to Grimm Brothers Brewhouse (623 N Denver Ave) between 1pm – 7pm the day of the parade. They are making a special brew for the day and will be donating the proceeds to American Military Family.
