I need help. I am addicted to diet soda and I have to stop. I am a big guy and diabetic so I drink sugar free soda. I am sure you too have been hearing about how dangerous the stuff in diet soda is. We are probably better off just drinking the real stuff but less of it. I have heard that it actually makes you gain weight as well. There is really nothing good about diet soda except for it's addictive deliciousness.

I am a fluid junkie so I am always drinking something. I usually have a big Kickstart to begin the day and then try to just drink water until I get home where I have been known to down a 12 pack a day. I know this is bad for me and am going to try to stop. I know I will be much more healthy if I do. I don't drink coffee, so my goal is to have one can to open my eyes and then only water the rest of the day. Wish me luck and if you are a soda junkie too you may want to join me and try to get that monkey off our backs.
