Jimmy Fallon turns 40 today. Happy Birthday Jimmy. He has been awesome as the new host of the Tonight Show. It seems everyone of all ages appreciate Jimmy's talent, smile and attitude. This guy has brought fun and laughs back to late night TV. He is the best host, in my mind, since Johnny Carson. He has the ability to get guests to do things you never dreamed they would do. The other night he had Glenn Close do a blueberry pie eating contest with him. Classic.

He was also able to get Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani from The Voice to join him in an epic lip sync battle. Check it out here.
