At the ACMs this year, he was voted 'Entertainer of the Year'.  Now, he's taking the time out of his day to hop on the phone with Brian and Todd to talk about his new single, winning his award, and supporting the cause for 28 Hours of Hope.

Brian and Todd had to talk to Aldean about his recent win, where he beat out Luke Bryan and Eric Church for the epic honor.  It was the fifth time he was nominated, and he described that feeling of winning like being the Leonardo DiCaprio of country music.  As far as what he'd do differently during Leo's bear attack in The Revenant--

"If that bear would've been involved with you, you would've shot it," Brian told him.

"Well, I would've tried my best."

Brian and Todd talked more about how Aldean doesn't have success dictate the way he writes and performs his music, and of course, why the 28 Hours of Hope resonates with him not only as an artist, but as a father.

"I'm the dad of two daughters and I can't understand how anyone could do that to a child," he says about child abuse.
