Well tonight is the night men are supposed to pretend they are master chefs and create a meal for the family. It is National Men Make Dinner Night which in a lot of homes will mean it's "Let's Go Out to Diner Night", but some of you guys will want to make a meal and may need a little help. I am here for you.

One of my favorite foods of all time is lasagna. Lasagna is so delicious and actually pretty easy to prepare if you follow this very simple recipe that even a kitchen challenged man can pull off. Good luck guys. Treat your lady right tonight and do some cooking. She will think your apron is sexy.

One box of oven ready lasagna noodles (it’s cheating but they taste just fine)
2 lbs hamburger
1 tsp vinegar
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
a pinch of oregano, basil and garlic salt
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
A bag of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses

Brown and drain the hamburger then add all the ingredients except the cheese and noodles and let simmer for 5 minutes or so. Put of scoop of meat mixture in a 9×13 pan then cover with a layer of noodles. Add another layer of meat mixture then top with cheese. Repeat process until all is gone. Usually about 3 layers. Now bake in the oven at 350 degrees. I cover it with foil for the first half hour then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. I like to serve mine with fresh french bread and pickle spears. Enjoy!
