It’s a Slick Drive to Work This Morning

Most of the Front Range picked up between 1 to 2 inches of snow last night and that will make for a slick morning drive. The roads are a combination of wet, slushy and icy… depending on where you’re driving to. We will see some gradual clearing through the late morning hours. Temperatures have dropped into the 20s and will only climb into the mid-30s by this afternoon. Click here for Forecast. WINTER STORM WARNINGS continue for most of the mountains along and west of the Divide today. Wind and snow will cause hazardous driving conditions, but also great skiing! Most areas will see another 6-12 inches through early today. The National Weather Service said statewide precipitation this winter was 67% of average as of yesterday.
