Images From The Traveling Vietnam Wall Memorial in Fort Collins [PICTURES]

My wife and I visited the traveling Vietnam Wall memorial in Fort Collins on Friday afternoon. What a powerful experience that is. I didn't lose any friends or family in Vietnam, but I have such a deep respect for the men and women on that wall that made the ultimate sacrifice for each and every one of us.  It's hard to explain what a moving experience it is to visit the wall until you have been there yourself.

The wall is currently on display at the  Veterans Plaza in Spring Canyon Community Park, which is on Horsetooth Road at the far west end of Fort Collins.  The memorial will be on display through Memorial Day.

There will be a special ceremony on Saturday, May 25th at 11:30 a.m. at the Veterans Plaza. Thanks to my wife, Jenny for taking all of these photographs.  They tell a much better story than I ever could.
